Cosy Nest is an attractive period cottage situated in this pretty street minutes walk from Woodbridge's Market Hill and Town Centre. The property offers comfortable accommodation on three floors and is an ideal choice for those wishing to indulge in Woodbridge's charm.
 
Free, unrestricted parking is available on the opposite side of Seckford Street. There is restricted parking on the Market Hill or there is a small public car park about 250 yards away beside the fire station in Theatre Street which is free between 6.00pm and 8.00am and on Sundays.
 
On the ground floor the front door leads you directly into the Sitting room which has an attractive fireplace (not working) as a focal feature. A step up leads you into the  newly fitted kitchen which in turn leads to the rear lobby which has a door to the rear garden and a door to the ground floor bathroom. From the Sitting room, steep cottage stairs take you to the first floor and into Bedroom one which has a double bed. Steep, curved cottage stairs then lead from the landing to Bedroom two which has twin beds.

Household amenities include a colour TV, a DVD player, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, electric cooker, microwave, gas central heating and some garden furniture.  Duvets, pillows, all bed linen and teacloths are provided by the owner.
