Deben Road is a narrow, residential cul-de-sac with the river Deben at one end and the Thoroughfare (Woodbridge's main shopping street) at the other. Sutton Hoo, the famous Anglo-Saxon burial site, is on the opposite bank of the river and it is possible to see the burial mound from the front bedroom window. This is an ideal location for a quiet holiday yet the shops, pubs, restaurants, the river, swimming pool, cinema, railway station and all the other facilities offered by the town are within easy walking distance.

Little Silver is a small, cosy end of terrace cottage located at the river end of Deben Road. The cottage has been recently refurbished to offer good holiday accommodation for not more than three people.

The front door goes straight into the sitting room which has comfortable soft seating, a small dining table, a radio/cd player, TV with freeview and SKY with all usual free channels plus sports 1&2, music and news & events, free wi-fi internet access, a DVD and a feature fireplace with an electric woodburner.

Two steps down lead into the fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, larder fridge (no ice box), microwave, washing machine, a small breakfast table and chairs and ample cooking and dining equipment.

Through the back lobby, is the bathroom with a mains shower over the bath, washbasin and w.c.

From the sitting room, a straight flight of stairs lead to the first floor with two bedrooms - a single to the back and a double to the front.

The back door, between the kitchen and bathroom, leads out into a little garden which is mainly laid to lawn and has outside furniture and a small shed. Parking is roadside and as available, although it is generally not a problem to find a space even if it is at the bottom of the road about 20 yards away.

The owner provides pillows, duvets and all bedlinen, together with bathroom towels. There is gas-fired central heating to radiators throughout the house, and hot water.

One, small well behaved dog is allowed and children are welcome.
