Passion Flower Cottage is an attractive period town house overlooking one of Woodbridge's fine Churches, St. John's. It has been carefully and thoughtfully presented by the owner to offer holiday makers a relaxed and comfortable stay.
Steps lead from the street to the entrance door which in turn opens out into the hallway. An opening to the dining room and a door to the sitting room are accessed from here. The sitting room is very attractive with some original features including a fireplace and surround. From the hallway, the dining room offers a table and chairs and French doors to the pretty rear courtyard garden with garden furniture. Stairs to the first floor rise from the dining room and to the open kitchen. From the first floor landing doors open to the main bedroom with a king sized bed, the snug with a day bed and the bathroom with corner bath, washbasin and w.c.

Household amenities include a flat screen TV, a DVD player, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with ice box, electric cooker, microwave, and gas central heating.  Duvets, pillows, all bed linen and teacloths are provided by the owner.

It is regretted that smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
