Directions to the office of Mrs Jane Good (Holidays) Ltd, Woodbridge
From the A12, take the B1438 (Ipswich Road) exit to Woodbridge off the Seckford Hall roundabout, following the brown tourist signs for Woodbridge town centre.
Keep on this road for about a mile, passing the Notcutts Garden Centre on your left with the Cherry Tree pub on your right.
After about a quarter of a mile, you will then pass the swimming pool and railway station on your right.
Outside the Riverside Restaurant and Cinema, again on your right, is a zebra crossing.
Go over the zebra crossing and immediately turn right into Andy Seedhouse's boat yard, heading towards The Quay. There is a selection of small boats for sale at the roadside.
Go over the railway line and onto Ferry Quay. Little Bass is the first property on the left, beside the flowerbed, overlooking The Quay. On the gable end wall there is a painting of an olde worlde sailor, holding a sextant.
